Think Positive and Live Positive

How many people do you know who think and live a positive life?  Of those who do not, are they healthy individuals?  Are their conversations filled with negativity and despair? It is doubtful that anyone who lives a life of hopelessness can ever achieve happiness.

Have you noticed people who think positive and live positive?  They seem to act positive, right?  They enjoy every aspect of life in a positive manner.  The words they choose are upbeat as is the tone in their voice.  They tend to dress a certain way and walk with confidence.  They laugh more than usual and they almost always have crowds around them as well.

These are the benefits one can derive from thinking and living a positive life.  It doesn’t take money or a prestigious job.  There’s no need for expensive homes or cars, all it takes is a solid effort to take life by the tail and live every minute in harmony with it.

Sometimes we all have a tendency to fight that which we are trying to achieve.  While we want to be positive we somehow sabotage the very thing we seek, happiness.  For example, let’s assume you win the lottery.  Suddenly you become anxious because your life will be turned upside down and people will be knocking at your door asking for money.  Immediately there is a negativity forming in the subconscious mind that is slowly taking away the joy that should be part of your conscious life.

It is the subconscious mind that holds the key to our conscious living.  It can either invoke positive or negative feelings.  The question is how do you keep the negativity out and the positive in?  By affirming that you are worthy of winning the lottery if it should happen. That you can control the amount of money being handed to you on a silver platter and that you will invest it wisely while, at the same time, helping those less fortunate than you.

The words I am, I can and I will are positive affirmations that you can utilize in your daily life.  They do not have to be lengthy sentences, just four words that invoke the beauty and goodness in you, the goals you can achieve and the will to become whatever you envision in your life.  Words are powerful.  They can bring you to a state of complete bliss.  Use them well and utter them daily.
